THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Can I purchase multiple boxes (delivered to more than one address) per order?
    Yes! Simply input the delivery address & date in "Delivery Info" field when customizing each box. At checkout, input the purchaser's address in the Shipping field. This way, each box's unique delivery information is organized in your order.
  • Is my gift message handwritten?
    Absolutely! Every box includes a handwritten card with your personal message.
  • Can I customize a box?
    We do not currently offer a fully customizable box. However, if you'd like to swap some items out, we will gladly work with you to create a box that is just right for your recipient . Please contact us directly at shopjhome@gmail.com if you have custom requests.
  • Can you include my logo or branding in the gift box?
    We are happy to include anything in your box with your branding or logo that you would like to provide. We do not change the design of the box or any of it's contents with your company logo or branding.
  • Love the custom monogram! What if my recipients don't share the same last name?
    We have a couple of standard options to replace the letter. We are also open to customization for a small upcharge. When selecting a box to purchase, please choose the "Other" option under the Personal Monogram field. Please contact us at shopjhome@gmail.com for details.
  • Do you offer boxes for other occasions?
    With your support and feedback, we plan to expand to other gifting categories and occasions. Ideas? We'd love to hear them!
